Spring Fever Training Camp

April 6th – 11th 2010

Put the Rubber to the Road

Oh boy! We’re excited about this one…Tacoma Bike will lead you and your friends round Oregon on a 6-day training camp taking in the sights and sounds of the surrounding area. If needed, we will transport your bikes to the meeting point in our special van, leaving you free to train or plane it down. We will provide vehicle support, expert guides, training and fitting advice and importantly, lunch and snacks along the road!

Tuesday 6th: Arrive at the motel* in Ashland, OR. Go for a short ride (straight up) to get acquainted.
Wednesday 7th: Up and around Howard Prairie Lake
Thursday 8th: North to Grants Pass and back via Jackson.
Friday 9th: Back up to Howard Prairie Lake but in reverse.
Saturday 10th: The Queen Mother, drive south into California where we’ll ride along the Klamath River for 75 miles before we turn north for a few surprises.

Sunday 11th: Depart for home after a short ride around the Ashland area.

The last day will be a short ride on Sunday after the hog-fest on Saturday evening. This will get everyone home to work on Monday.

Numbers are limited to 16 campers.

Cost is $300 per camper for, support van and driver not to mention 5 great days on the bike. Not included is the motel, breakfast and or dinner.

*Motel/Hotel – we have made a deal with the Bards Inn at Ashland Campers will need to contact the hotel identifying themselves as a Tacoma Bike Spring Camp group member to receive the special rate of $70 plus tax per night for a queen single room or $100 for 2 queen doubles. April 6th through 11th.

February 2010 Seth will be taking part in the Park Tool Tech Summit San Jose, CA. While down there he will be visiting Master Frame Builder, Brent Steelman, to pick up some inspiration to bring back to you and your bikes.
