This is our favorite pant. It blends eVent and softshell, and somewhere in between its not 100% water proof. But it’s darn close and we love how comfortable they are. These are the best foul weather cycling pants we’ve ever seen. Buy the Convertible Pant if you just know you are going to spend time in a deluge of water… otherwise buy these if you want the best fitting and overall performing pants that will keep you dry in almost any condition. I need to also call out the fit of the calves and ankles – they are sung, as they should be for the rider who wants protection without feeling like they are wearing cargo pants. They look exceptionally good too. Not dumpy and bulky like others. We really, really like these. A lot. Really.
